8 man camp for the Oilfield.... brand new floor plan! - MoneyMaker!

Pardon the crudeness of this floorplan as I wait for the original and final engineering print... but let look at the number:
This home has 4 master bedrooms and baths! Let's do the simple math on this opportunity:
First, the reality:
1) 5 guys living in an RV or paying 1600 a month for extended stay living 90 miles away from the jobs site.
2)Land is not getting any cheaper, BUT I HAVE IT... improved and ready for delivery!
3) Look at the numbers, but bear in mind this is one of many oilfield housing solutions I have:
Take this great floor plan, picture below, that has 4 master bedrooms and each has a master bath. You can put two men in each room.
Realistic, worst case scenario, and way less than available, IF AVAILABLE,...

1. Rent Each Room at $49 per night, all utilities, cable, water, etc. included. Two men per room.
2. 4 rooms at $49 per night 100% occupancy at corporate or individual lease NETS you, the owner, 49 x 4 rooms x 31 nights per month- $6,076 per month
3. Expenses/Utilities- worst case scenario $1,000
4. Payment on the home with 20% down, worst case scenario, 7.75% interest, 20 year note, WAC $395 per month
5. Worst case scenario, you don't own land and I help you buy it, $250 per month.

The totals:
Gross:6076 per month for a 8 man camp...all utilities and kitchen included. Delivered and set up included.
Expenses, worst case scenario: 1609
Your net profit and everyone wins: $4,467 or 53k a year... minus taxes and insurance..and approved credit.

THIS IS WORST CASE SCENARIO...on this floorplan..and we have lots more... smaller, larger.. price includes delivery, set up, a/c 10 year warranty on home and AC.
